Thank you Reply . This recipe is in the form of a curry and can be easily eaten with any form of rice. Never heard of using it curries from where I belong though it is very popular out here. Put the sugar into a heavy-bottomed pan with 6 tbsp water and place on a medium heat until the sugar dissolves. I have become quite a good cook now. Ingrediants 2 chicken thighs 1tbsp vegetable oil 3 courgettes and an aubergine (or other veg) a bunch of spring onions a quarter (1 1/2oz /50g) of a block of coconut cream a chopped green chilli or a splash of chilli sauce 1 tsp each of ground cumin and tumeric 1tsp grated fresh ginger 1 grated clove of garlic A bunch of coriander (most of the leaves can be used for another dish) 1tbsp nam pla (Thai fish sauce) Chopped red chilli Method Pull the skin from the chicken thighs and cut away the bone. Put the coconut cream in a jug and pour over a small mugful (about 4floz/110ml) boiling water. arshad achayii says March 18, 2016 at 5:05 pm Woh its gud to beginers i will try it Reply swasthi says March 19, 2016 at 3:52 pm Thank you Reply . I suppose its like how Thais eat corn for dessert, which I thought was weird at first since Im used to savory grilled corn on the cob, but I grew to like corn mixed with coconut pieces and sugar. I am a widower having lost my wife earlier this year due to cancer. Add the garlic and the curry paste and cook for a further two minutes. Turn up the heat slowly and gently boil until the syrup becomes a caramel colour. Put the pieces in a pan with the sugar and pint/280ml water. Cut the courgettes in quarters lengthways and slice into short pieces.

Please advice me Reply swasthi says April 16, 2016 at 3:06 pm Hi Ribu If the chicken is old it doesnt absorb the flavors quickly, You will have to use tender chicken for making curry. You can press some of the potato chunks with the back of a wooden spoon if you want to thicken the mixture a little. my kids dont eat anything besides the chicken breast.
